Taylor and Corey Lovrovich Construction

You’ll find Corey’s story deeply rooted in Gig Harbor, where his Croatian heritage plays a big part in who he is. His family has called Gig Harbor home since his great-grandparents immigrated from Croatia, and the values of hard work and craftsmanship have been passed down through the generations. Corey got his start in construction during his college summers, working alongside his father at GNL Construction. From his dad, Corey learned not just the technical skills but also the dedication and artistry that have earned his father a reputation for quality and craftsmanship in the industry.

After graduating from Gig Harbor High School in 2011, Corey went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University. Following college, he joined GNL Construction full-time, where he spent over a decade as a lead foreman and supervisor.

In June 2024, Corey and his wife, Taylor, took their shared vision to the next level by starting their own general contractor business. Taylor brings years of experience in emergency restoration, having worked as a Project Manager for ServiceMaster for over seven years. Together, they are passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect each family’s unique needs.

Corey and Taylor live in Olalla with their two daughters, Hadley and Hunter. Since 2021, they’ve been renovating their home, blending modern elements with rustic and traditional touches to make it uniquely theirs. This personal experience has shaped their approach to helping families transform their own homes.

With over 10 years of experience in construction, Corey has a gift for seeing potential in spaces others might overlook. Whether it’s breathing new life into a tired room or finding creative solutions to make remodeling more affordable, Corey and Taylor are dedicated to helping you make your house feel like home. They look forward to working with you to bring your vision to life.
